By night a transition into a Fusion Bistro Lounge boasting an extraordinary menu fusing Ancient African and Indian Spices into a modern healthy cuisine for everyone’s palate.
Our recipes are rooted with old and new traditions of Afro-Indian cuisine created by our very own chefs of the present, offering what we hope shall be the “fusion” of the future.
Throughout the Pipe a colourful ambience of rich palatable colours and African masks awaits you, embracing you with its splendid flavours of the menu. True to its description this will surely awaken you and your taste buds enriching you in the whole experience and atmosphere in true Zermatt style.
All our dishes, curries, wild game homemade delicacies are all prepared fresh daily and made to order from our open plan and show kitchen.
We cater for Vegetarians and Vegans and we can even rustle up some food for the kids.
As we specialise in different tastes don’t forget to check out our deli shelves laden with various goodies and some award winning wines from near & as far as South Africa. Our wine list matches award winning style.
All our staff are multi lingual professionals who truly love what they do and are always willing to assist with advice on what to order or drink or even to help out with local knowledge, or where to go.
We offer catering services for groups, parties and weddings.
